Information you choose to provide

The optional enquiry form requests your name, work email and company. You may also provide a phone number and a short question. It also records your request to be contacted. We use those details to respond to the enquiry and administer that correspondence.

Do not submit operating datasets, customer records, credentials, confidential documents or personal information about other people. This website does not provide a data-upload facility.

The optional checklist

The initial-fit checklist runs in your browser. Its answers are not submitted to ThirdKey Ventures or saved by this website. It produces no official eligibility decision and does not control access to the external application.

Website operation

This website does not include advertising cookies, analytics scripts or tracking pixels. Our hosting and form-processing services may process technical information, such as network addresses, timestamps and access logs, to deliver the website, process submissions and protect the service.

Service providers that operate hosting, forms or business correspondence may process submitted contact information for those purposes. Their processing and location depend on the services used. An internet transmission or a hosting service cannot be described as risk-free.

External applications and referral links

The Explore licensing link opens a third-party application. That service controls information you provide there under its own terms and privacy notice. Please review them before submitting company information.

The external link contains a referral identifier. Eligible activity through that link may be attributed to ThirdKey Ventures, and we may receive a referral fee for eligible introductions. A link click alone is not an offer, a license or a promise of payment.

Using the link does not submit our optional enquiry form. We do not need to receive a copy of your application or operating records for you to proceed directly.

Optional introductions

A request for a response does not authorize us to forward your company details to a buyer. If you ask for an assisted introduction, we will seek specific permission for the information to be shared and the intended recipient before making that introduction.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information only for the purposes of responding, maintaining requested correspondence, meeting applicable obligations and resolving issues.

You can ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to applicable requirements. Use the contact form to request a response about privacy, or reply to an existing correspondence thread. Do not include sensitive information in an initial request.

Requests relating to information you submit directly to an external application should be directed to that service.

Updates

We may update this notice to reflect changes in how the website operates or handles information. The date above identifies this version.
